Email Security
For security reasons, we have discontinued the use of un-encrypted email and FTP connections across our servers. Like other providers, we have a requirement for an encryption level of TLSv1.2 or above. If you're having problems connecting to receive or send emails, please modify your settings on your computer or device to use STARTTLS or SSL/TLS. Please read our instructions for setting up and modifying email settings.
